What tasks are NOT done on an intensive day?
A: Complete website builds, full branding suites, or extensive template customizations. These require more than a day.

Q: What happens if you don't get everything done?
A:Firstly, it's important to note that you are booking a block of hours, not specific deliverables. Thanks to my experience, I can work quickly and efficiently, but I cannot guarantee that all tasks will be completed within the allotted time. During our discovery call, we will prioritize your tasks and I will set realistic expectations for what can be achieved. Your availability and prompt feedback on the day are crucial for maximizing productivity. If necessary, you can also book additional days to complete remaining tasks.

In saying this though, we are very passionate about providing a very real and tangible transformation within your Design Day. We are not here to "drag the chain" and waste your valuable time and money, we're in the business of genuinely helping our valued clients so you refer us to more of your business besties! We will do our absolute best to get as much done in our day as possible.

Q: What if I need to reschedule/cancel?
A: Due to having a limited amount of Design Intensives along with us allocating a set amount of Intensive Slots ( and filling the other time slots with booked clients), cancelling is not possible. You can reschedule your Design Intensive Day with 7 days notice, with the ability to reschedule up to 60 days in the future. We will only accommodate two rescheduling requests, with any further rescheduling requests being classed as a cancellation and won't be refunded.
